A Week of Fun

We had quite a busy week! I had Monday off and we went over to Avery's house for a playdate! Jeffrey and Avery had fun playing while Kim and I enjoyed hanging out and just catching up on the babies' progress. Avery is 3 weeks older than Jeffrey. Like Jeffrey, she has a sibling in Heaven. Her big brother, Luke, and Olivia are definitely watching over their little sister and brother! We were brought to the Hill family through tragedy, but together we've made it through the hard times and now have the opportunity to celebrate all four of our babies! The Hill family is such a blessing to us! My little ongoing joke is that unfortunately Jeffrey and Avery will never get married because she would be Avery Avery! :) I think that was her Daddy's doings!!

Jeffrey's Meme and Papa spent a couple of days with him this week and he had SO much fun spending time with his great grandparents! They spoiled him rotten. I don't think Meme put him down once while she was here.

Ben's birthday is next week so I'm sure we'll have some birthday pictures to post soon. We hope everybody has a fabulous weekend!!

Snow Day!!

We had snow at our house on Saturday! I don't how long it's been since we've seen snow around here. I wanted to get some pictures of Jeffrey in the snow, but it was just me and him at the house so I couldn't get a picture. I did bundle him up and take him outside, however he wasn't to fond of the cold so we went back inside quickly! Just because Jeffrey didn't get to play in the snow didn't mean that Sadie and Lilly didn't get out there and have some fun! They were so funny out in the white stuff. Poor Lilly didn't know what to think of it all!

Where Did the Weekend Go??

Is it already Monday?? We had a fantastic weekend with Jeffrey. He turned 10 weeks on Saturday and he's growing too fast. I'm about to tie a brick to the boy's head! He's been melting my heart with his precious smiles. However, I haven't been able to capture a smile on camera yet. I'm working on it and I promise I'll post a picture as soon as I get one!

To celebrate his 10-week b'day Ben & I took him to the Zoo. Jeffrey slept the whole time while Mom and Dad just enjoyed being out of the house. After our adventures at the Zoo we headed to the other "zoo" on Hwy. 119..aka: Cici & Pawpaw's house!! They had several friends over to watch the Packers game and our Wisconsin friends, the Flynns, grilled Bratwurst and introduced me to Kaukauna Cheddar Cheese! We all had a great time! I've never been a big NFL fan, but if I keep hanging around the Flynns on game day I'll soon be an honorary "Cheesehead!"
